This hand-bound book is a recollection of the work of Éline Rouby, an architect, in Venise. The book showcases her thought process while drawing a new Venetian Arsenal. She draws a parallel between the city’s historic Carnaval and modern theatre.
The book is beautifully illustrated by the sketches she made there in 2021 and scanned images from various photographers. They bring a special grain to the textured paper, highlighting the craftsmanship of the book and that of the architect's work.
